At Nüwa Mano, we aim to deliver your garments with care, transparency, and respect for your rights as a consumer. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
2. Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International shipping is available upon request — please contact us for an international shipping quote before placing your order.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods (e.g. launches or holidays), dispatch times may be longer; we will notify you if this affects your order.
Your dispatch confirmation email will include:

Tracking number (if available)
Note: Dispatch times start once the order is shipped, not when it is placed.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery (Australia)

Delivery timeframes vary by location but are typically 3–9 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (Australia)

Available at checkout where offered — usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. If no delivery timeframe is specified, we will deliver within a reasonable period as required by law.
5. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is offered on all Australian orders.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Consumer Rights & Delivery Issues
Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must be:

delivered within the timeframe agreed or, if none is agreed, within a reasonable time.
If your order:

Or is clearly not what you ordered,

For damaged or missing products, keep photos for your records. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under consumer guarantees.
If delivery issues arise due to the carrier (e.g. Australia Post), we remain responsible for working to resolve the issue.
7. Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you once the items are delivered to the address you provide. Title to the goods passes upon receipt of full payment.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
