Collection
Our garments are made in India, created in collaboration with skilled artisan NGOs.
We prioritise ethical production, fair working conditions, and long-term partnerships.
We work primarily with natural materials - cotton, silk, wool, wood - wherever possible.
We prioritise natural dyes, or opt for AZO free dyes, which are non-toxic and good for worker, wearer and planet.
Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
We work with handmade processes throughout our supply chain - handspun, handloom, hand dyed, embroidered and finished.
Subtle variations resulting from each process are not considered flaws; they are part of the garment’s story and a sign of human craftsmanship.
CARE & LONGEVITY
Detailed care instructions are included on each product page.
Due to the natural fibres and handmade processes involved, we recommend gentle care to ensure longevity.
Fit & Sizing
We provide detailed sizing guides and fit notes on each product page.
If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend contacting us for guidance before ordering.
Yes! We are actively working toward expanding our size offerings as we grow.
Nüwa Mano
Our pricing reflects ethical practices. We believe in paying makers fairly and creating pieces of true value.
We prioritise:
- Skilled artisanal labour
- Ethical production practices
- High quality natural materials
We make in small considered production runs, no mass production.
This includes:
- Small batch production
- Natural materials
- Handmade fabrics
- Minimal waste and re-use of waste materials
- Manufacturing with solar powered studio
As we grow we have goals in place to improving our environmental impact. At present, our largest contributer to emissions is transport and shipment.
This includes the movement of garments and materials between our makers, our studio, and ultimately to you, the customer.
We're actively exploring ways to reduce emissions across our logistics and supply chain that can scale with our brand.
